The general municipal and school boards election will be held on Monday, October 20, 2025. Advanced voting opportunities will happen October 14-18, 2025. Polling station information will be available in Summer 2025.
Citizens will have the opportunity to cast their ballot for the following offices:

Yes, all voters must be on the permanent Electors Registry. Voters are encouraged to register in advance to speed up the voting process at the polling station.

The City has measures in place to ensure residents’ information is protected. The City does collect some information from residents to support the administrative requirements of the local authorities election process. All personal information collected during the election is managed in compliance with the privacy provisions of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and is destroyed soon after the election.
