Register of Candidates
The Register of Candidates is a record of all candidates who have given notice to Elections Red Deer that they intend to seek nomination for office in the next election. These candidates are able to accept campaign contributions and incur campaign expenses.
Please note that once a candidate listed below has successfully filed their nomination papers with the Returning Officer, they will be included under the heading “Official Candidate” at the bottom of this page. If a candidate’s nomination forms are not accepted by the Returning Officer by nomination day, they will not become an “Official Candidate” and will not be included on the ballot.
