Red Deer Elections
For City Councillor
City of Red Deer
I’m a proud Red Deerian and community advocate with decades of civic and public service experience. I’ve volunteered building homes with community groups, supported local arts and businesses, and led initiatives to raise awareness for missing persons. Running for Municipal Councillor, I’m committed to safe neighborhoods, thriving businesses, and a connected, inclusive city—when not working, I enjoy walking, exploring nature, and taking landscape photography.
Protecting our Neighbourhoods | I am committed to protecting Red Deer’s neighborhoods. Residents want growth that respects the character of their communities, not blanket density increases or developments that undermine what makes each neighborhood unique. |

Supporting First Responders | Staffing shortages and long wait times in Fire, EMS, and policing are real safety concerns. I will prioritize proper funding, staffing, and clear communication so residents can trust emergency services are ready when needed. |
Revitalization From The Core | Make downtown safer and more accessible from Ross Street outward by supporting local businesses, cutting red tape, improving parking, adding residential units, and speeding responsible redevelopment of vacant properties. |
Helping People Reducing Harm | Deliver fair, accountable, secular social services focused on long-term rehab, especially in Core Red Deer. Tackle homelessness with affordable housing, job creation, and innovative housing solutions. |
Smart Spending and Infrastructure | Prioritize maintaining and upgrading existing infrastructure to ensure reliability before pursuing new projects, supported by fair and reasonable taxation. |
